The short version. Your recovery is your business. CONQRR doesn’t ask for your email, phone number or real name. Your streak, journal, urge log, assessment answers and Atlas chat history are stored on your phone, not on our servers. We only store what’s needed to run the community and the AI coach, and you can delete it all in one tap. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
This Privacy Policy explains how Muse-Sick LLC (“CONQRR”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the CONQRR iOS app and this website (the “Service”). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
01Information that stays on your device
Most of what you put into CONQRR is saved only in the app’s storage on your phone. We never receive it.
| Data | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Self-assessment answers, symptoms, age range and goals | Your device |
| Streak start, best streak, resets and the triggers you log with them | Your device |
| Urge log (intensity, triggers, notes) | Your device |
| Journal entries and mood | Your device |
| Pledges, achievements, reminder settings | Your device |
| Atlas chat history | Your device Messages are sent for processing when you chat. See Atlas. |
Because this data isn’t on our servers, we can’t see it, recover it or hand it to anyone. It’s removed when you delete the app or use Delete account & data. It may be included in your own iCloud or device backups, depending on your iPhone settings.
02Information that reaches our servers
When you use the Brotherhood or Atlas, the app creates an anonymous account: a random user ID with no email or password. Our backend is hosted by Supabase. We store:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Anonymous user ID | To identify your account, your posts and your subscription. |
| Display name and current streak (in days) | Shown next to your posts and comments. Use any name you like. |
| Posts, comments and likes | To run the community feed. Other members can see your posts and comments. |
| Reports and blocks | To moderate the community and hide authors you’ve blocked. |
| Daily Atlas message count | To apply a fair daily usage limit. We store the count, not the messages. |
| Technical data (IP address, request logs) | Collected automatically by our hosting providers to deliver and secure the Service. |
Anything you write in a post or comment can be read by other CONQRR members. Please don’t include information that identifies you or anyone else.
03Atlas, the AI coach
When you send Atlas a message, the app sends your recent conversation (up to the last 20 messages), along with your display name, current streak and goals, to our server. Our server forwards it to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, to generate a reply. We use this context only so Atlas can respond to you personally.
- We don’t store your Atlas conversations on our servers. The history you see in the app lives on your device.
- Anthropic processes these messages to provide the service and may keep them for a limited time under its own commercial terms and privacy policy, including for safety and abuse monitoring. Under those terms, Anthropic doesn’t use them to train its models.
- Please don’t share details you wouldn’t want processed by an AI provider, such as your full name, address or other people’s information.
04Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment card or billing details. We use Superwall to show subscription offers and check whether your subscription is active.
To decide which offer to show, the app shares the following with Superwall: your anonymous user ID, display name, current streak, goals and age range, plus device and app information (such as device model, iOS version, language and app version) and purchase events. Superwall processes this on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
05Camera and notifications
Camera
The Panic Button can use your front camera as a mirror. The feed is shown live on your screen only. Nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded. You can turn off camera access at any time in iPhone Settings → CONQRR.
Notifications
Daily check-in and pledge reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. We don’t collect a push token or send these reminders from a server. You can turn them off in the app or in iPhone Settings.
06How we use information
We use the limited information we receive to:
- provide the community feed, Atlas and your subscription;
- moderate content and keep members safe;
- prevent abuse, enforce usage limits and secure the Service;
- respond to your messages and support requests;
- comply with legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. There are no ad networks or third-party advertising trackers in the app.
Legal bases (EEA/UK). We process information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security, moderation, preventing abuse), and to comply with law. Information about your recovery may reveal details of your sex life, which is a special category of data. Where we process it, for example when you share it with Atlas or in a post, we do so based on your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to share it. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the content or your account.
08Retention and deletion
We keep server data for as long as your account exists. You can delete everything at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Delete account & data. This permanently deletes your account, profile, posts, comments, likes, reports, blocks and usage records from our servers, and clears your data from the app.
- Individual posts: delete them from the post’s ••• menu.
- Deleting the app removes on-device data, but doesn’t delete your server account. Use Delete account & data first if you want both gone.
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before it’s overwritten. Hidden or reported content may be kept for as long as needed to complete a moderation review or meet a legal obligation.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, California and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
Most of these you can do yourself in the app. For anything else, email support@cnqrr.app. Because accounts are anonymous, we may need you to make the request from within the app, or give us details from your account, so we can confirm it’s yours. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10Security
Data travels between the app and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Every table in our database is protected by row-level security, so accounts can only change their own data. Our AI provider key is kept on the server, never in the app. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect in the first place.
11International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers from the EEA, UK or Switzerland.
12Children
CONQRR is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using CONQRR, contact us and we’ll delete the account.
13Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy if our practices change. If the changes are material, we’ll let you know in the app or on this page before they take effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
